Martin Howell’s journey to founding CTA Express began with a deeply personal experience. After a successful career in education, Martin’s father embarked on building a small residential care facility in rural California—Mardel House. Despite his disability, Martin’s father passionately managed the facility, caring for elderly residents, including both of his grandmothers.

However, unforeseen regulatory compliance issues devastated the business. This experience profoundly impacted Martin, shaping his empathy for small business owners. He saw firsthand how government regulations could blindside hardworking entrepreneurs and cause irreparable harm to their livelihoods.

This personal loss sparked Martin’s professional mission to help protect businesses from similar fates. With years of experience guiding small businesses through regulatory hurdles, Martin founded CTA Express. The goal was clear: ensure that no small business is caught off guard by the new Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act.

Martin believes education and proactive compliance are crucial to protecting small businesses from hefty fines, penalties, and unnecessary stress. He is committed to using his expertise to help other entrepreneurs navigate the complex world of government regulations, allowing them to focus on what they do best—growing their businesses.

Through CTA Express, Martin offers more than compliance services. He provides peace of mind, ensuring small businesses like his father’s never face unexpected non-compliance challenges. With his deep understanding of the consequences, Martin and his team are not just knowledgeable but dedicated to helping businesses thrive and avoid regulatory pitfalls that can lead to devastating outcomes.

Martin invites small business owners and their advisors to join him in spreading awareness about BOI reporting requirements and to partner with CTA Express for expert guidance and filing services. His passion for safeguarding businesses is rooted in personal experience and drives everything CTA Express stands for today.
