Now that we have successfully processed your payment, we are ready to proceed with filing.
Schedule Your Meeting
- Schedule: If you haven’t yet arranged a filing meeting with us, schedule a videoconference meeting with one of our CTA Express team members within the next ten business days and before your filing deadline.

- For entities created before 1/1/24, this deadline is 12/31/2024.
- For entities created on or after 1/1/24, the deadline may already have passed so please schedule as soon as you can.
- If you pay with ACH please allow 3 business days to schedule your filing meeting for the payment processing.
Be sure you have a good camera for the meeting. - Gather ID’s: Gather images of Government Issued ID’s (or the ID’s themselves) for each of the owners of all the entities for which we are filing. Also, if there is someone who is an officer or key decision maker but not an owner, we will likely need their ID too.
- Gather FEIN’s: Gather the full legal name and Federal ID Number for each entity. This number is also known as FEIN, EIN, or Tax Identification Number. It can be found on government correspondence, usually from the IRS.

- Cancellation: You may request cancellation of your annual subscription at any time by sending an email to contact@cta-express.com
